Government regulations require the use of safety glasses and other safety equipment at all times in the vicinity of any cutting tool use. Cutting or grinding of solid carbide or carbide tipped tools will produce carbide and braze dust that may be hazardous to your health. Use adequate ventilation and read the applicable Material Safety Data Sheets. Metaltech Tools warrants that each new product manufactured or supplied by Metaltech Tools shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Metaltech Tools sole obligation under this warranty is limited to furnishing, without additional charge, a replacement for, or at its option, repairing or issuing credit for any such product which shall within 30 days from the date of sale be returned freight prepaid to us, and which upon inspection is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any product which has been subjected to misuse, improper operating conditions, machine setup or application of cutting fluid; or which has been repaired or altered if such repair or alteration in our judgment would adversely affect performance of the product. Complete written information with respect to all such matters, including all operating conditions and machine setup, must be furnished as a prerequisite to its consideration of any claim or complaint under this warranty.
